CCM Coater: Used for fuel cell CCM membrane electrode coating, with a coating width of 300mm, featuring online size, alignment, and defect detection functions. Both the cathode and anode use direct extrusion coating methods, compatible with intermittent, continuous, and zebra patterns, improving coating efficiency and slurry utilization.
Coater for Fuel Cell Experiment : Used for fuel cell process verification and slurry formula adjustment, offering high precision, good safety, and compatibility with multiple types of slurry.
Coater for Hydrogen Production from Electrolytic Water: Suitable for PEM electrolysis water hydrogen production, with a coating width of 600mm, using a slot die extrusion method to achieve compatibility with intermittent, continuous, and zebra patterns, and equipped with an online inspection system.
GDL Coater: Suitable for GDL coating processes, integrating unwinding, coating, and drying functions, supporting high-temperature tape operations to ensure material integrity without deformation.
