In order to strengthen the forging of the future backbone of the enterprise and assist in the high-quality development of KATOP, 114 outstanding talents from universities across the country gathered at Guangdong KATOP Automation Technology Co., Ltd. on June 29-30. On July 1, Guangdong KATOP held the opening ceremony for the 2024 Management Trainee Intensive Training Camp. KATOP Group's General Manager Qiu Yu and Deputy Chief Engineer Chen Donghua of Mechanical Engineering attended the ceremony and delivered wonderful shares.
This management trainee project has a cycle of 3 years, divided into three stages. The first stage is to help the trainees rapidly integrate into the company through general quality training. The second stage is to explore potential, improve professional skills, and promote rapid growth of the trainees through specialized training, production line training, etc. The third stage is to enhance combat capabilities through mentor guidance and project practice, helping them become the mainstay of the company.
In the next three months, the trainees will learn professional knowledge together with excellent instructors and participate in practical training on the production line, truly transforming from school people to career people.
