Jiangsu KATOP plans to be restructured into a public limited company

On February 10, Jiangsu KATOP, as a subsidiary of PTL Group, its board of directors reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Transformation of the Controlled Subsidiary into a Public Limited Company", and planned to transform Jiangsu KATOP into a public limited company to promote matters related to the spin-off and listing of Jiangsu KATOP.

It is a good foundation for Jiangsu KATOP’s further development under the transformation and upgrading of China's intelligent manufacturing. It is based on years of technological accumulation and intensive exploration in the field of new energy, combined with its own strength.

This share reform is necessary for the spin-off and listing process of Jiangsu KATOP. The share reform is conducive to Jiangsu KATOP's further establishment and improvement of the shareholders' meeting, board of directors, board of supervisors, management governance mechanism and internal control system, and improvement of the corporate governance structure, which is in line with the company's long-term development plan and actual need.
